Relief Veterinarian Wanted

Air Harbor Veterinary Clinic is looking for a relief veterinarian to work two days a week. Days are flexible and the option to increase days per week and for position to become permanent is possible. We are a father/son, small animal practice established in 1971. Our focus is on exceptional patient care and client satisfaction, striving for the best possible experience for pet and owner. Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking full time Veterinarians in Myrtle Beach and Columbia.

Responsibilities:

  • Practice in accordance to state practice act and principles of veterinary medical ethics
  • Leverage evidence-based medicine and continue pursuit of education to deliver quality patient care

  • Partner with clients as an advocate for the pet to plan follow-up visits, provide home-care instructions, and education to ensure the lifelong health of their pets

  • Foster an effective veterinary support team by communicating medical standards, ethical practices, and your veterinary knowledge and experience

Fulltime Associate Veterinarian Wanted

Bees Ferry Veterinary Hospital in Charleston is looking for one fulltime associate veterinarian to join our team BFVH is locally owned, AAHA accredited and Certified Cat Friendly practices. Our team of six veterinarians and over two dozen support staff have exceptionally high expectations for patient care, client experience and for hospital culture too.

The veterinarian that joins our team will have confidence in the exam room and in surgery. Competency with ultrasound is preferred. Holistic and acupuncture certifications would be welcomed. Our clients expect very thorough workups so experience with internal medicine is important. We provide a multitude of resources such as our Companion Laser, digital radiology (digital dental too), in house lab equipment and more. You will have fun utilizing all our resources!

He or she will also have great team leadership skills, being able to direct and coach the support staff to higher levels of success. We have weekly staff training to make sure our entire team is well rounded and top notch. Our ratio of support staff to veterinarian is high, allowing the veterinarian to focus on being a doctor; our nurses are well utilized.

BFVH believes in supporting the community. We are proud of our 501C(3) rescue program – helping those in need is important to us. We also work regularly with students from a variety of locations including veterinary students, vet tech students, and even pharmacy students from MUSC.
